Devolution of Bid Bonds

Bid bonds presented to ANP that are not associated with proposals made during the bidding day shall be turned back, along with all the necessary documentation to its cancellation, no later than 15 days after the bidding, pursuant to previous schedule with ANP.

Bid bonds associated with offers presented shall be only relinquished after the execution of the Concession Agreement, in a date to be scheduled by ANP.

If a company does not retract the securities, they shall be filed until the company expresses to the retraction.

Companies wishing to retract bonds not associated with proposals made during Round 9 shall make an appointment trough the address brasil-round9@anp.gov.br
