Offer Generation Program

Attention: GEOF program was replaced by a newer and depurated version (3.0), which can be downloaded through the links below and to the right hand side of this page. The instructions manual remains the same. All bidders must install the new version to submit the offers during the bidding days. The new version can be identified by an insert (GEOF v 3.0) present in the bottom of the offers´pages.

The submittal of offers in the Ninth Round of Bids is made only through the Offer Generation Program – GEOF, developed by ANP and available online at this site. Each offer is identified by a unique code (ID). It is, therefore, essential that all the pages of one offer bear the same ID.
The program was conceived to guarantee the process´ safety and speed. An electronic media (CD, preferably) version of the offer should be inside the envelope. In case of disagreement between the paper document and its electronic version, the written document prevails.

The minimum features for use are:
»Operational System: Windows NT, Me, 2000 and XP.
»Memory: 256 MB RAM.
»Screen Configuration: 1024 x 768 pixels (small fonts, preferably).

A step-by-step help document was prepared to assist the offer fulfillment. An open meeting will be held to clarify occasional doubts. As always, the email address brasil-round9@anp.gov.br is available to support case any difficulty arises.
