Bidding Schedule and Venue

According to sections 1.4 and 4.5 of the Tender Protocol, Round 9 bid day will be held on November, 27th and 28th at Windsor Barra Hotel. To see how to get there, a search can be done at www.telelistas.net option “Mapas e Rotas”. Insert in option ‘Onde’ the following information: RJ, Rio de Janeiro, Barra da Tijuca, Av. Lúcio Costa, 2630.

Timetable will be as defined in the Tender Protocol, as shown below. To enroll in advance, please fill the form available.

The files necessary to generate the envelopes and forms to be used in the submission of bidding shall be exclusively made by means of specific computer program (GEOF), available at this website, along with the necessary additional information for a correct presentation.

26/11/07	The registration to the event
	3.00 pm	Registration of the authorized representative. The Registration counter shall remain open until 6.00 pm in this day.
27/11/07	First Day of Bidding Submission
	8.00 am	Registration of the Bidding participants. The Registration counter shall remain open until the Bidding Process is concluded.
	9.00 am	Opening of the bidding area, in strict conformity with the bidding sequence provided, pursuant to section 4.3 of this Final Tender Protocol.
28/11/07	Second Day of Bidding Submission
	8.00 am	Registration of the Bidding participants. The Registration will remain open until the Bidding Process is concluded.
	9.00 am	Opening of the bidding area, in strictly conformity with the bidding sequence provided, pursuant to section 4.3 of this Final Tender Protocol.
