Offer Generation Program

The submittal of offers in the Tenth Round of Bids is made only through the Offer Generation Program – GEOF, developed by ANP and available online at this site. Each offer is identified by a unique code (ID). It is, therefore, essential that all the pages of one offer bear the same ID.
The program was conceived to guarantee the process´ safety and speed. An electronic media (CD, preferably) version of the offer should be inside the envelope. In case of disagreement between the paper document and its electronic version, the written document prevails.

The minimum features for use are:
»Operational System: Windows NT, Me, 2000 and XP.
»Memory: 256 MB RAM.
»Screen Configuration: 1024 x 768 pixels (small fonts, preferably).

A step-by-step help document was prepared to assist the offer fulfillment. An open meeting will be held to clarify occasional doubts. As always, the email address rodadas@anp.gov.br is available to support case any difficulty arises.
